Very practical book with useful references at the end of each chapter. I especially enjoyed the case histories which were similar to many of the members that have come to me for counseling in my church.

This is a wonderful book for the lover of the old English cottage painters of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is filled with full colored pictures on every page of the paintings and describes life in these times. A great addition to anyone's library who is interested in these times and the painter's who so aptly captured a way of life long gone. Paintings by Allingham, Strachan, Stannard, Foster and others are included.

The book is easy reading and very...extremely informative! My copy is worn, very worn. The examples given work, and there are sections for nearly every aspect of web development. Keep in mind though, it was written in 1996. Any developments since then are not covered. I can't wait for a second edition...hope there's one in the works! thanks Mr. Shafran

A great great book to give to your existing Private Foundation clients, as well as those considering their options. The book hits on several key points among many others - which are the reason to formalize your investment policy statement(IPS) and donor intent issues. The author is correct that too often good intentions fail to result in effective results. It deals with other vehicles like charitable lead trusts (CLTs) and charitable remainder trusts (CRTs) as well as donor advised and support organizations. It is a big picture book not a technical how to for the attorney!

It is the best book I read since the funnies. It will save your butt it will humor others. And all organized.

As a former student of the author, I can safely say that this book is one of the finest tools for beginning writers everywhere. I just hope that no playground injuries impede the author's future efforts!

A truly remarkable book! Once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. Original, creative, heartfelt and sincere toasts. "Crisp Toasts" is the answer for "those of us" who don't know exactly what to say and when to say it. It gives you direct guidance on helping you find the "perfect" toast for the "perfect" couple. Sincere and meaningful examples are given, some serious and others funny, and insight as to which one is appropriate depending on the situation. I have recommended it to many friends and relatives. What a wonderful reference book to keep throughout the years.
